Language
The official language of the Conference will be English.
Papers
The conference post-proceedings are contracted and will be published in American Institute of Physics (AIP Conference Proceedings journal which is indexed in Scopus with SJR factor, Web of Knowledge and other worldwide databases).
Guide for Authors
The full manuscripts must be submitted in AIP conference proceedings format of 8.5 x 11 inch.
The authors should submit on amee@tu-sofia.bg the final papers with all supporting files. The deadline for paper submission is July 15, 2023. Along with the manuscripts the authors also should submit Copyright Release forms (https://pubs.aip.org/DocumentLibrary/files/publications/acp/AIP_Conference_Proceedings_License_Agreement.pdf) signed by at least one author for each paper.
Please make sure that the email address on your paper is spelled correctly and it is one that you actually check regularly, otherwise not receiveing a message from the AIP Conference Proceedings editors may cause a huge delay in the publication of the entire volume of articles.

The templates for the 8.5 x 11 inch style guides are also available on the AIP website at http://aip.scitation.org/apc/authors/preppapers in the panel for author. The volume editor and AIP reserve the right to reject or to send back the manuscripts, which do not pass by a peer reviewing, are not revised accordingly the reviewer's suggestions as well as manuscripts outside the conference topics, with a poor-quality graphs, and bad English. The Organizing Committee will be not tolerant toward submission of nonpresented works.
